the smaller the better when it comes to hot tubs because they can cost you a fortune to run. If your the only person in the tub (or you and your sweetie) then a smaller unit will give you what you need without costing you a fortune. It does no good to buy a spa that you don't use because it hits you in the wallet. by small they don't mean just one size, there are many versions of small (it's kind of like footwear, the standards are many lol)

I don't care how small the hot tub is, if it has jets and water temperature control I can sit in it for hours to unwind. Sometimes a smaller more economical hot tub is more sublime for one person, it sure uses less energy than a whole big spa with one person in it right?
