I love my deep soaking tub, but I had to get used to it. I don't think the product is bad, but because I have a lot of nerve damage and am very sensitive in the skin, sitting in the hot water for a long time was both relaxing and at first painful. Once I acclimated to the right temperature (took many times) it was great. You can get it with jets but I like the standing hot water better, the jets tend to hurt my joints. Does anyone know if you can use bath salts in these or will that ruin the internal workings of the tub?

Pain is not my friend but heat seems to be the catch all relief for my back. I work at a desk all day watching the market (day trading) and my back is in bad shape by mid day. I found this great deep soaking tub used and discovered the "deep" part is the many more jets and water pressure really push on those tired achy muscles. The smaller ones help me more because it's more isolated the space and the jets tend to get more push and I get a simultaneous massage. The bigger tubs are great too but the small one for one person is perfect
